Traditional Yoga

Shrimath follows Yoga as expounded by the traditions established by the great advaitin Sri Adi Sankara. We draw inspiration from the Acharyas of the Sringeri & Kanchi Peetams apart from Sri Ramakrishna Math, Divine Life Society & Bihar School of Yoga. Several Siddhas & Avadhutas continue to guide us.
